Thank you to all of the nice folks who attended the DeBary 4th of July event, and supported the DVFA/DVFST by making purchases at the Beverage Tent. We were able to raise funds for equipment to be placed in the new DeBary Fire Station which is about to be built on Fort Florida Road. We COULD NOT have done this without the support of 2 terrific DeBary Businesses: O'Leary's Irish Pub and Central 28 Beer Company. Thank you for your support!

We continue our celebration of our 70 years of service to the city with our new CHALLENGE COIN. Click here for details on this fun-draiser.

Our next PANCAKE BREAKFAST is already on the calendar - Sunday, October 8 2024 @ 7:30 am. Details here and the calendar is here. All proceeds from our 2024 Pancake Breakfasts will go directly towards providing supplies and equipment for the NEW Fire Station 39 to be built on Fort Florida Road.

The DeBary Volunteer Fire Support Team
Big News!
In order to more accurately represent our purpose and activities in and around the City of DeBary, we have filed a new name (DBA) for our group:
"The DeBary Volunteer Fire Support Team"
We feel that this new name will lessen any confusion between our organization and the City of DeBary Fire Department (which is actually staffed by the Orange City firefighters).
We will be keeping our existing name, "The DeBary Volunteer Firemen's Association", as our overall legal identity.
We thank you all for your continued support!
Originally, the DVFA was organized as the first fire department to serve the area which is now known as the City of DeBary, long before it became a city. We have evolved over the years, but we still exist to serve the citizens and visitors through promotion of Fire Safety Ideals, and through fundraising and other support for the Emergency Responders in the city.
The DeBary Volunteer Firemen's Association is a 501c4 Tax Exempt organization.
